Job: Manual Machine Operator
Salary: £30.5k OTE £41k
Area: Ashton Under Lyne
Yes that’s right, no more twiddling your thumbs
You will be joining a growing team of 20 operators. This company is not slowing down, with chances to gain more skills as the company invests in their tooling & people.
The bonus schemes in place is paid quarterley and achievable through sticking to the H&S. If you like your overtime, there is plenty, with at least 11 hours a week available for you to pick up.
There's shifts for you to choose, none of the rotating days and nights. Are you night owl? We’ve got a 4x days 12hr nights shift. Prefer days? Well that’s a Monday- Friday 08:00-16:00 shift with a 1pm Friday finish, so you can catch your mates at the local for a quick pint.
But that’s not all, there’s no shortage of opportunities for career progression with all senior management starting on the shop floor.

You will need a background of manual machine operating with either horizontal/vertical boring machines or a turning background.
