£30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

We’re currently recruiting for a Vehicle Paint Prepper to join a family-run, well-established bodyshop in Colchester. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and build a long-term career in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

What you’ll be doing
Preparing vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming, etc.)
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained
Supporting the wider workshop when needed
About you
Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
