Job: Service Advisor
Salary/OTE: £30K + monthly performance bonus + uncapped commission
Area: Basingstoke

We’re hiring a Service Advisor to join a busy, friendly team at a well-established Volkswagen dealership in Basingstoke. If you’re customer-focused, organised, and confident upselling services, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Booking in customer vehicles

  • Greeting and updating customers

  • Explaining repairs clearly

  • Upselling services and products

  • Supporting workshop efficiency

  • Ensuring a smooth handover

What you’ll need

  • Service Advisor experience (motor trade)

  • Great communication and people skills

  • Confident upselling

  • Organised and calm under pressure

  • VAG, Keyloop, RTC or GRP experience is a bonus
