Paint Technician

Salary: £38,000
Location: Deeside

We’re looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join a busy, well-established accident repair centre that continues to grow year after year. With multiple sites across the UK and even more planned, progression is always on the table.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work

  • Ensuring the correct prep, colour match, and finish

  • Identifying additional repair needs and working efficiently with the workshop team

  • Maintaining a high standard of detail and workmanship

What you’ll need

  • Experience as a Paint Technician or Smart Repairer (minimum 2 years)

  • Strong prep, paint, and finishing skills

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
